Welcome to Linda Downey Coaching. By accessing or using our website, services, courses, digital products, or events, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Services Offered
Linda Downey Coaching provides online courses, coaching sessions, digital products, and live events. All services and products are subject to these terms.

No Refund Policy
Except where explicitly stated otherwise, all sales of digital products, online courses, coaching sessions, and live events are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued once a purchase is completed.

Appointments & Attendance

Scheduled coaching appointments must be attended at the agreed time. Failure to attend without prior notice will void the appointment, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

Rescheduling requests must be made with a minimum of 24 hours' notice unless otherwise stated. Without sufficient notice, the appointment may be forfeited.

Payment & Installments

Payments for products or services may be made in installments where offered. All installments must be paid in full to maintain access to purchased materials or services.

If an installment payment is missed, Linda Downey Coaching reserves the right to revoke access to all course materials or services, which will void this agreement. The full outstanding balance will remain payable.

Failed payments will be retried up to 3 times before the payment plan or purchase is cancelled.

Access to Materials
Access to digital products and course content is granted upon full payment or as outlined in the payment plan. Access may be suspended or revoked for late or missed payments as described above.

Live Events
Tickets for live events are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise. Attendance is subject to availability and compliance with any event-specific policies.

Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through Linda Downey Coaching remain the property of Linda Downey Coaching or its licensors. You agree not to copy, distribute, or share content without express permission.

Limitation of Liability
Linda Downey Coaching provides coaching and educational services but does not guarantee specific results. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Linda Downey Coaching operates.
